We detail in this article the development of a delay-robust stabilizing state feedback control law for an underactuated network two subsystems heterodirectional linear first-order hyperbolic Partial Differential Equations interconnected through their boundaries. Only one is actuated. The proposed approach based on backstepping methodology. A transform allows us to construct first tackle in-domain couplings present actuated PDE subsystem. Then, we introduce predictive tracking controller stabilize second stabilization subsystem implies whole network. Finally, combined with low-pass filter become robust respect small delays signal and uncertainties system parameters.
